He grew up in Russellville, Alabama and is a graduate of the University of North Alabama. He joined the Demopolis Times and Blackbelt Gazette as Publisher and Editor in 2015.

Andrea is a staff writer for the Demopolis Times. She is a graduate of the University of West Alabama, earning a bachelor's degree in 2017 and a master's degree in 2019. She grew up in Thomasville, Alabama. She interned at the Times during the summer of 2017 and joined the staff in April 2020.
