Lewis Prisoc

Lewis Prisoc, 84, of Greensboro died Sunday, May 15 at Hospice of West Alabama in Tuscaloosa. Born June 11, 1926 in Greensboro to the late John M. and Jessie MacMillan Prisoc, he is preceded in death by his parents, brother Fred Prisoc and sisters Dorothy Prisoc and Louise Williams.

He is survived by his wife, Mary Knopp Prisoc, daughters Ginger (Larry) Schweitzer of Sharon, Conn., Beck Prisoc of Birmingham and Beth Kelley of Greensboro as well as sons John (Judy) Prisoc of Jasper, Micky (Janice) Prisoc of Birmingham and Randy (Cindy) Prisoc of Greensboro along with 12 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held Wednesday, May 18 at Rhodes Chapel Cemetery with James Latner Jr. officiating and Kirk Funeral Homes Greensboro Chapel directing. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Cemetery Fund at Rhodes Chapel.
